How to View All Objects on a Sheet in Qlik Sense

This tutorial shows how to access, scroll through, and toggle visibility of all objects on your sheet so you can see what's included and manage their display. 

Note: You need a Qlik Sense app open with a sheet that contains visualizations and objects.

1. Open your Qlik Sense app and go to the sheet where you want to view all objects.
2. Click Edit sheet to enter edit mode and see all objects on the canvas.
3. Use the scroll bars or drag the canvas to scroll through the sheet and view all objects, especially if the sheet is extended and objects are positioned outside the visible area.
4. To toggle visibility of individual sheets, go to Sheets on the upper left-menu, right-click on sheet and select Make Public or Make Private to control whether it displays in overview mode.
