Steps
- In the Design Survey section, click + Next Question to add a new question.
- Enter your question text into the empty question field.
- For the question type, select Single textbox.
- In the Question Text field, open the Rich Text Editor and click the media icon.
- In the Insert or edit media dialog, select the Embed option.
- Paste the copied YouTube embed code into the HTML editor.
- Click Save to exit HTML mode and return to the standard editor view.
