How to Use Airtable for Social Media Planning

Use this interactive demo to learn how to create a comprehensive social media content calendar in Airtable.

Airtable is equipped with tools and templates that you can use for social media planning. Here’s how to do it in easy steps:

  1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Templates and Apps'.
  2. Click on the search bar and type 'Social Media Planning'.
  3. Select your preferred template from the given results.
  4. After that, click 'Try This Template' to proceed.
  5. Choose the specific Airtable workspace where you wish to save the social media plan and then tap 'Create' afterwards.
  6. Explore the selected social media planning template and then replace the temporary fillers with the actual details of your campaign.
  7. After finalizing the records, click 'Share' at the top-right corner to give your team members access to the social media plan.
