PowerPoint's Version History feature lets you undo changes after saving by restoring a previous version of your presentation. Using the Catch Up menu in Microsoft PowerPoint online, you can browse saved versions and revert your file without losing earlier work.
Steps
- Inside the slide canvas, go to the top menu bar and click Catch Up.
- Click the Version History option under Changes in Presentation.
- Select a version from the available options in the version history panel.
- Choose the specific change you wish to restore from the version list.
- Click Restore to apply the selected version.
- Your PowerPoint presentation will be reverted to the preferred version, with recent changes undone.
