Read receipts in Microsoft Teams let people know when you’ve read their messages, if you want to turn it off here’s how you can -
- Click on the 'More' option located at the top right-hand corner of your profile picture.
- Select the 'Settings' option.
- Choose the 'Privacy' option from the list.
- Turn off 'Read receipts'.
