According to Notion, a template is simply a prebuilt Notion page that you can add into your workspace. So, here is how to turn a page into a template notion:
- Navigate to the page you wish to turn into a Notion template.
- Add useful blocks and features such as buttons to make your page serve as a useful template.
- Customize and click on Done.
- To turn any Notion page into a template you simply need to share it so others can use it. To do so, go to the top right Share button.
- Go to the Publish tab.
- Click on Publish to make your page available to the public.
- You can use the generated link to share your page.
- When the link is opened, people can choose to duplicate your page as a template for their personal use.
