Steps

1. In Constant Contact's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Contacts.
2. Select All Contacts from the list of options.
3. Tick the checkbox beside the contact you want to transfer.
4. Tap the Actions menu to proceed.
5. Pick Export from the available options.
6. Select the specific contact fields you want to include, then click Export.
7. Tap Download CSV to save the file locally.
8. In Mailchimp's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Audience.
9. Tap Add Contacts at the top-right corner.
