Review the SurveyMonkey settings, here’s how to do it:
- Click on your desired survey.
- Go to the 'Collect Responses' section of your survey.
- Go to your preferred collector, click the ellipsis icon.
- Click 'Edit Collector'.
- Scroll down to the collector settings and click on 'Anonymous responses'.
- After selecting the 'Anonymous responses', choose 'On'.
- Now if the setting for 'Anonymous Responses' is turned on, personal identifiers like IP addresses and email addresses will not be collected.
