This tutorial shows you how to connect Pipedrive and Mailchimp using Zapier so that every new Pipedrive contact is automatically added or updated as a Mailchimp subscriber. Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search for and select Pipedrive as your trigger app.
- Select New Person as the trigger event to fire the Zap when a new contact is added.
- Log in to your Pipedrive account and grant Zapier access to authorize the connection.
- Click Test trigger to fetch sample contact data from Pipedrive and verify the connection.
- Choose Mailchimp as the action app for the second step of your Zap.
- Select Add/Update Subscriber as the action event to ensure new contacts are added and existing ones are updated in your Mailchimp audience.
- Log in to your Mailchimp account and grant Zapier access to authorize the connection.
- Customize the action details and click Continue to map your Pipedrive fields to Mailchimp.
- Click Test step to confirm the action works correctly and data flows into Mailchimp.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap and go live.
