Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel in Zapier, then click 'Create'.
  2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
  3. Tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
  4. Search for 'Better Proposals' and choose it from the recommended matches.
  5. Specify your preferred 'Trigger Event' for the Better Proposals app.
  6. Tap 'Sign In' to connect your Better Proposals account.
  7. Enter the API token associated with your account, then click 'Yes, Continue to Better Proposals'.
  8. Click 'Test Trigger' to verify the connection and pull sample data.
  9. Tap 'Continue' to proceed to the Action setup.
  10. Search for 'Google Sheets' and select it as the Action app.
  11. Click the drop-down menu and choose the 'Action Event' you wish to use.
  12. Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Google account to connect it.
  13. Click 'Allow' to grant the necessary permissions to Zapier.
  14. Fill out all input fields with the required details to configure the Action.
  15. Tap 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.
  16. Your Better Proposals account is now synced with Google Sheets and the Zap is live.
