How to Share Qlik Sense Dashboard

This tutorial shows how to share an app with users or user groups without making them members of the space, giving you granular control over who can access your dashboard.

Note: You need a Qlik Sense app with a completed dashboard (sheets and visualizations) that you want to share with others.

1. Open the shared or managed space that contains the app you want to share. Click the three dots icon on the app you want to share and select Share.
2. Search for the username or email address of the user or user group you want to give access to.
3. Select the permissions to assign. In a managed space, you can assign Can view or Can contribute.
   Note: In a shared space, only Can view is available.
4. Click Share to grant access. The selected user will now have access to only that specific app, not the entire space.
5. To manage or edit permissions later, click Manage space, select Members. 
6. Select a member and adjust the rules for the shared app user as needed.
