It is very easy to share Power BI reports. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- Inside Power BI's homepage, find the report you want to share and click its corresponding 'Open' button.
- Following that, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Share'.
- Tap the permission menu to get started.
- Subsequently, choose your preferred sharing access and then configure its corresponding settings based on your preference. Once done, tap 'Apply'.
- You may directly share the selected Power BI report with the intended recipients if you want to. Simply enter their email address into the provided input field and add a short note. After that, click 'Send' to proceed.
- Alternatively, you may also use other available sharing methods. For instance, you can share the report via a link, mail, Teams, or PowerPoint.
