This tutorial shows how to share a Google Analytics dashboard by scheduling an email or copying a shareable link directly from the Reports section. You can control the date range, name the report, and choose specific recipients before saving and sending.
Steps
- Go to Reports in the left pane.
- Choose the specific Dashboard you want to share.
- Select the date range for the report.
- Hit Apply to confirm the date range selection.
- Click on the Share sign in the top toolbar.
- Select the Schedule Email option from the share menu.
- Give the scheduled email a suitable name.
- Add Recipients who you want to send the Dashboard to.
- Hit Save to schedule the email delivery.
- Alternatively, copy the Shareable link from the share panel to send it directly.
- Copy the link and share it with anyone who needs access.
