‍

‍

It is very easy to share an Excel file in Microsoft Teams channels. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:

‍

  1. Inside the main dashboard of your Microsoft Teams channel, find the Excel file and then click the 'Copy Link' icon next to it.
  2. After that, tap 'Settings' to further customize your file-sharing preferences.
  3. Choose your intended access holders from the list of options.
  4. Subsequently, set the access level and the link expiration date according to your liking.
  5. Once done, tap 'Apply' to save the changes.
  6. After completing these steps, you can now share the Excel file from your Microsoft Teams channel using the newly generated link.
