How to Share an Alteryx Workflow

It is very easy to share an Alteryx workflow. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it in simple steps:

1. On the main dashboard of Alteryx Designer Cloud, find the workflow you want to share and then click the 'More Options' button next to it.
2. Tap 'Share' to proceed.
3. Following that, click the 'User and Group' menu and then select the user with whom you wish to share the workflow.
4. Subsequently, click the next menu and choose the type of access you want to grant.
5. Once done, click 'Share' to apply the changes.
6. Finally, the selected Alteryx workflow will be shared with the intended user.
