It is very easy to share an Alteryx workflow. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- On the main dashboard of Alteryx Designer Cloud, find the workflow you want to share and then click the 'More Options' button next to it.
- Tap 'Share' to proceed.
- Following that, click the 'User and Group' menu and then select the user with whom you wish to share the workflow.
- Subsequently, click the next menu and choose the type of access you want to grant.
- Once done, click 'Share' to apply the changes.
- Finally, the selected Alteryx workflow will be shared with the intended user.
