1. On the top menu, click Admin.
2. In the left sidebar, click Users & Roles.
3. At the top of the page, click the Roles tab.
4. Click New Role.
5. In the Create New Role window, enter a role name.
6. Enter a description for the role.
7. Under Permissions, select the permissions you want to assign.
8. Click Create.
