This walkthrough shows you how to set up mass mailing on SendGrid by creating a contact list and importing recipients via CSV upload. Follow each step to configure your mailing list and map contact fields so your bulk email campaign is ready to send.
Steps
- Go to Marketing → Contacts in the left sidebar.
- Click Create > New List to start a new contact list.
- Give your list a name and click Save List.
- Open your newly created list.
- Click Upload CSV to begin importing contacts.
- Drag and drop your contact list file in CSV format into the upload area.
- Click Next: Review CSV Upload to proceed to the review step.
- Map all relevant fields and skip any that are not important.
- Click Skip Unmapped to ignore irrelevant unmapped fields.
- Finally, hit Next: Add Contacts to complete the import.
