Steps
- Open your project in Microsoft Project and navigate to the Project tab.
- In the Project tab, click Change Working Time.
- Click the Work Weeks tab.
- Select Default and click Details.
- Select the day or days you want to designate as non-working days.
- Choose Set days to nonworking time to mark the selected days as non-working.
- Set the start and finish time for the working hours adjustment.
- Click OK to save your changes.
