On the Settings page of your device, find and select 'Apps & Notifications'.
After that, click 'Assistant' to proceed.
Browse the list and select 'Digital Assistants From Google'.
Subsequently, tap the radio button next to 'Gemini'.
Lastly, click 'Switch' to set Gemini as the default assistant on your device.
