To set the default form in Dynamics 365, follow these steps:
- Navigate to settings by clicking the gear icon.
- Select 'Advanced Settings'.
- Access the 'Customizations' menu.
- Choose and hit 'Customize the system'.
- Under 'Data Experiences', select 'Forms'.
- Choose a table and click on the ellipsis icon.
- Select 'Form settings'.
- Then, go to the 'Form order' section.
- Drag the entities to move the desired form to the top of the list. The first form in the list becomes the default for users.
- Hit 'Save and Publish' once you have set your default form.
