PandaDoc's signing order feature lets you control the exact sequence in which recipients sign a document, ensuring each signer gets access only after the previous person completes their signature. You can enable this directly from the document editor in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Navigate to the Documents tab in your PandaDoc dashboard.
- Open the document you want to send for signatures.
- Click the recipients icon in the top-right corner of the document editor.
- Toggle on the Set Signing Order option in the recipients panel.
- Recipients will now receive the document in the specified order, with each signer required to complete their signature before the next person gains access.
