How to Send a Zoom Invite

It is very easy to send a Zoom invite with the help of the provided invitation template. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

Head over to the top menu bar, then click 'Meetings'.
After that, click the 'Copy Invitation' button below the meeting details. At this point, you can now use the message template to send the meeting invitation through your preferred messaging platform.
Once the recipients acknowledge and confirm your invitation, click 'Message Invitees' to send follow-up updates regarding the upcoming meeting.
Simply type your message into the text box and tap the 'Send' button afterwards.
