Steps
- Navigate to the Contacts section of your ActiveCampaign account.
- Click the Search contacts field, then select Advanced Search.
- Click the left-most field labeled (Select a condition) to begin building your segment condition.
- Click a category to expand its options, then select the specific segment condition you want to apply.
- Click the right-most field to provide a value for your segment condition and choose one of the listed options.
- Click the Search button to run the filtered query.
- Review the results — the page will reload and display all contacts who meet your segment conditions.
