Scheduling a StreamYard broadcast lets you plan live or pre-recorded webinars in advance by setting a title, destination, date, time, and registration settings. Once configured, StreamYard queues the broadcast automatically so your audience can be notified and ready before you go live.
Steps
- On StreamYard's main dashboard, find and select 'On-Air Webinar'.
- Select your preferred source by ticking the radio button beside 'Studio' or 'Pre-Recorded Video'.
- Specify your preferred destination; tap the Plus icon to add one or more available streaming destinations.
- Add a unique title and description by entering the details into their respective input fields.
- Schedule the broadcast by configuring the date, time, and duration menus to match your preferred airtime.
- Calibrate additional broadcast settings, such as enabling registration access and uploading a thumbnail.
- Tap 'Create' to finalize and save the scheduled broadcast.
- Confirm that your StreamYard broadcast is scheduled and ready for your audience.
