Follow these easy steps:
- First, click on the 'File' tab in the top-left corner of Microsoft Project. This opens the backstage view where all your saving and export options live.
- From the left-side menu, select the 'Export' option. This is where Project keeps all its different output formats.
- Now click on 'Create PDF/XPS Document' from the available options. This will convert your project plan into a portable document format.
- A dialog box will appear where you can choose the location to save your PDF. Give it a meaningful name so you can find it easily later and click 'OK' to save.
- Before finalizing, you can adjust PDF options like page range or optimization settings. Once you're happy with the choices, click 'Publish' and your project plan is now PDF-ready!
