Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select 'Send survey'.
- Go to your survey's 'Collect Responses' section and select a collector.
- In the collector options, find 'Multiple Responses' and ensure that it's enabled to allow respondents to complete the survey multiple times from the same link.
- Go to 'Analyze Results' in your survey.
- Find the respondent whose survey you want to reset and click 'Delete' to allow them to retake the survey again if they're using a unique link.
