It is very easy to rename columns in Alteryx’s Text Input tool. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- Inside Alteryx's workflow designer, find and select the Text Input tool you want to edit.
- After that, browse the top rows in the right-hand panel and find the column header you want to rename. Click on it to make your desired changes.
- Come up with a new name, then type it into the provided input field. Press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key afterwards to apply the changes.
- Finally, the selected column in your Text Input tool will be renamed accordingly.
