How to Rename a Field in Alteryx

It is very easy to rename a field in Alteryx. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

1. On Alteryx's workflow designer, tap the 'Select' tool connected to your input data.
2. After that, go to the right-hand panel and find the column you want to edit. Tap its corresponding Rename field to proceed.
3. Come up with a unique field name, then type it into the provided input box. Press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key to apply the changes.
4. Finally, the selected field in your Alteryx workflow will be renamed according to your input.
