How to Reduce the Image Size in PowerPoint

Steps

1. Select the image you want to edit inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation.
2. Go to the top menu bar and click Picture Format.
3. Click the Compress Pictures option in the ribbon.
4. Click the Picture Quality drop-down menu and select a quality level based on your preference.
5. In the Apply To section, tick the radio button beside Selected Pictures Only.
6. Click OK to apply the compression changes.
7. The selected image in your presentation will now be compressed to reduce its file size.
