This tutorial shows how to automate pushing DocSend data to Airtable using Zapier by setting up a trigger-action Zap. Once configured, any qualifying DocSend event will instantly create or update a record in Airtable without any manual effort.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Create to start a new Zap.
- Select Zaps from the list of options in the menu.
- Tap the Trigger tab to begin the integration setup process.
- Search for DocSend and select it from the suggested results as your trigger app.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event from the available options.
- Tap Sign In and log into your DocSend account to connect it.
- Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions to Zapier.
- Click Test Trigger to validate your DocSend trigger input.
- Tap Continue With Selected Record to proceed to the action setup.
- Search for Airtable and choose it as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the specific Action Event you want to use.
- Click Sign In and log into your Airtable account to connect it.
- Pick your preferred Airtable workspace and tap Grant Access to continue.
- Fill out the input fields one by one with the required integration information.
- Tap Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your DocSend data will now be automatically pushed to Airtable based on your configuration.
