Steps
- Open your Power BI report that you want to publish to SharePoint, and make sure it is saved and ready to share.
- Click on the File menu in the top-left corner to access publishing options for your report.
- Locate the Embed report option in the menu — this is where you will find ways to share your report with others.
- Select the SharePoint Online option from the embed submenu.
- Copy the generated embed code or link that Power BI provides for SharePoint integration.
- Click Close, navigate to your SharePoint site, edit the target page, paste the embed code into a web part, and save the page.
