Moving documents between folders in PandaDoc keeps your document workspace organized and easy to navigate. Using the three-dot menu and the Move option, you can reassign any document to a new folder in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Click Documents in the left-hand menu to open your document library.
- Find the document you want to move and click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Click Move from the dropdown options.
- Choose the destination folder from the folder list.
- Click Move here to confirm and complete the transfer.
- Your document is now organized in the correct folder.
