It’s very easy to manage the email frequency in SendGrid by setting up the automation interval accordingly. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- On SendGrid's main dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Marketing'.
- Select 'Automations' from the list of options.
- After that, find and select the automation you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the automation workflow section, then click the 'Pencil' icon inside the Send Delay tab.
- Subsequently, adjust the email frequency by specifying your preferred number and period of delay. You can choose ‘Day’ or ‘Hour’ and then provide a specific number.
- Once done, click 'Update' and then proceed to the next Send Delay tab. Repeat the same series of steps until you reach the last email content.
- Finally, tap 'Save' to apply the changes and enable the new email frequency settings of your SendGrid automation.
