Steps
- On SendGrid's main dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click Marketing.
- Choose Contacts from the list of options.
- Click Create at the top-right corner of the Contacts page.
- Select New Segment to proceed.
- Enter a unique Segment Name into the provided input field.
- Click Segment an Existing List and choose the list containing the contact group you want to manage.
- Under the Targeting section, open the Field menu and select one of the available options.
- Open the operator drop-down menu and select your preferred operator.
- Enter a custom input into the Value field to complete the targeting condition.
- If additional filters are needed, click Add Condition and repeat the targeting steps.
- Click Save Segment to finalize and store your new segment.
- The selected list is now segmented, allowing you to manage this contact group more effectively.
