Quick summary
Making a SharePoint site public allows all users in your organization to discover and access it without requiring a direct invitation. You can change the site privacy settings in just a few clicks through the SharePoint Settings menu.
Steps
- From your private SharePoint site dashboard, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Site Information from the Settings dropdown options.
- Click the Privacy Settings menu inside the Site Information panel.
- Choose Public as the new privacy level for your site.
- Click Save to apply the changes and make your SharePoint site publicly accessible.
