How To Make Calls Using Pipedrive

Pipedrive lets you make calls directly from the Leads inbox without switching tools, keeping your sales workflow in one place. You can dial a contact by clicking their phone number or using the quick-call icon, then choose your preferred calling method before starting the call.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Leads section from the left sidebar menu to find your contacts quickly.
2. Click on a lead to open and view its details.
3. Under Person, click on the phone number associated with the lead to initiate a call.
4. Alternatively, hover over the lead and click the call icon to dial using the last calling method used.
5. Click the down arrow button to open the calling options and select a different calling method.
6. Configure your call settings and click Start call to begin the conversation.
