This demo shows you how to create 3D text in PowerPoint using built-in Shape Effects and Format Text Effects tools. You can add depth, bevel, and 3D rotation to any text box without needing third-party software.
Steps
- Go to the Insert tab in PowerPoint.
- Add a Text Box to your slide.
- Type and add your text inside the text box.
- Highlight your text and click on Shape Effect.
- Select 3-D Rotation from the Shape Effect menu.
- Select a 3D rotation preset such as Isometric or Perspective.
- Right-click on your text and select Format Text Effects.
- Adjust the Depth to add thickness and the Bevel to add edge detail to your 3D text.
