This tutorial shows how to connect TikTok Lead Generation to Discord using a Zapier automation, so every new TikTok lead triggers an instant Discord channel message without any manual work.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Create to start building a new Zap.
- Select Zaps from the list of options in the menu.
- Click the Trigger tab to begin setting up the integration.
- Search for TikTok and choose TikTok Lead Generation from the recommended matches.
- Click the Trigger Event menu to view available trigger options.
- Choose New Lead as the trigger event from the given choices.
- Tap Sign In and log into your TikTok Business account to authenticate.
- Click Confirm to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Fill in the required trigger fields, specifying the Ad Account and the Form ID associated with the campaign you want to track.
- Click Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for Discord and select it as the Action app.
- Tap the Action Event menu to explore the available Discord actions.
- Select Send Channel Message as the action event.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Discord account to authenticate.
- Choose the Discord server you want to use and tap Continue.
- Select the permissions you wish to grant, then tap Authorize to complete the connection.
- Fill in the Discord Channel and Message Text fields, optionally adding dynamic data such as the TikTok Lead ID.
- Tap Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your setup is complete — every new TikTok lead will now automatically send a message to your Discord channel.
