Steps
- Go to the left-side panel in Zapier and click Create.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options.
- Tap the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
- Search for PandaDoc and select it from the recommended matches.
- Specify the Trigger Event you wish to use.
- Tap Sign In and log into your PandaDoc account.
- Click Authorize to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Submit the required information to set up the Trigger.
- Tap Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for HubSpot and choose it as the Action app.
- Open the pull-down menu and pick the Action Event you want to use.
- Tap Sign In and log into your HubSpot account.
- Select the specific HubSpot account you want to link to PandaDoc, then tap Choose Account.
- Agree to the associated terms and tap Connect App to proceed.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information one by one.
- Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
- Your PandaDoc account is now linked to HubSpot and the Zap is live.
