How to Link PandaDoc to HubSpot Using Zapier

Steps

  1. Go to the left-side panel in Zapier and click Create.
  2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
  3. Tap the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
  4. Search for PandaDoc and select it from the recommended matches.
  5. Specify the Trigger Event you wish to use.
  6. Tap Sign In and log into your PandaDoc account.
  7. Click Authorize to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  8. Submit the required information to set up the Trigger.
  9. Tap Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
  10. Click Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
  11. Search for HubSpot and choose it as the Action app.
  12. Open the pull-down menu and pick the Action Event you want to use.
  13. Tap Sign In and log into your HubSpot account.
  14. Select the specific HubSpot account you want to link to PandaDoc, then tap Choose Account.
  15. Agree to the associated terms and tap Connect App to proceed.
  16. Fill out the input fields with the required information one by one.
  17. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
  18. Your PandaDoc account is now linked to HubSpot and the Zap is live.
