This demo walks you through how to join a Microsoft Teams meeting using the calendar tab or a meeting ID and password. Whether you join directly via the Join button or enter credentials manually, Teams makes it quick to get into any scheduled meeting.
Steps
- Open the calendar tab from the left-hand side navigation in your Teams desktop app.
- Click on the meeting you want to join from the calendar.
- Use the Join button on the pop-up to join directly, or expand the box to find the meeting ID and password.
- View the meeting ID and password displayed in the expanded meeting details.
- Click Join with an ID to enter the meeting using credentials.
- Copy and paste the Meeting ID and Password into the join form.
- Click Join now to enter the Teams meeting.
