This tutorial shows you how to join a team workspace in Postman by sending an invitation and accepting it through email. Once joined, you can view all workspaces and start collaborating with your team instantly.
Steps
- When setting up your workspace, choose the access level — such as Everyone on your Team, Anyone on the internet, or Invited Team Members.
- Click the Invite button in the top right corner to invite partners to your workspace.
- Send the invitation to start collaborating with your team.
- Your partner will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
- Select your login account to continue accepting the workspace invitation.
- Once logged in, navigate to Workspaces and click View all workspaces to see all available workspaces.
- Locate the Team Workspace you were invited to and confirm you have successfully joined.
