Steps

  1. Navigate to the top menu bar and click Apps.
  2. Select Explore More Apps from the list of options.
  3. Search for Zoho Desk and choose Zoho Desk For Jira from the results.
  4. Tap Try It Free at the top-right corner.
  5. Click Start Free Trial to proceed.
  6. Click the More Options button and select Configure.
  7. Tap Add Connection to start the integration process.
  8. Assign a unique connection name and click Add Connection to continue.
  9. Tap Connect to proceed.
  10. Click Continue and log into your Zoho Desk account.
  11. Click Accept to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  12. Your Zoho Desk account will now be integrated instantly with Jira.
