How to Integrate Zendesk with Twilio

It is very easy to integrate Zendesk with Twilio via Zapier. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:

1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
3. After that, tap the 'Trigger' button on the main dashboard.
4. Search for 'Zendesk' and select it from the provided results.
5. Choose your preferred 'Trigger Event' afterwards.
6. Next, tap 'Sign In'.
7. Provide the required information regarding your Zendesk account and then click 'Yes, Continue to Zendesk' to proceed.
8. Following that, click the drop-down menu and input the additional details needed to set up the Trigger.
9. Once done, click 'Continue With Selected Record'.
10. After that, search for Twilio and select it as the Action app.
11. Subsequently, click the provided drop-down menu and choose your preferred 'Action Event'.
12. Click 'Sign In'.
13. Provide the necessary information regarding your Twilio account, then click 'Yes, Continue to Twilio'.
14. Fill out the provided input fields with the necessary details to set up the Action.
15. Once done, click 'Test' to run your inputs and publish the integration afterwards.
16. After completing these steps, your Zendesk account will be integrated instantly with Twilio.
