Here’s the simplest way to integrate Zendesk with Jira in quick and easy steps:

  1. Head over to the top menu bar, then click 'Apps'.
  2. Select 'Explore More Apps' from the list of options.
  3. Click the search bar afterwards and type 'Zendesk'.
  4. Following that, find and select 'Zendesk Support For Jira' from the search results.
  5. Tap 'Get App' at the top-right corner.
  6. Subsequently, read the provided details regarding the integration and then click 'Get It Now' to continue.
  7. Navigate to the bottom-left corner afterwards, then click the 'Configure' button inside the pop-up window.
  8. On the Authentication tab, enter your Zendesk subdomain into the provided input field.
  9. Tap 'Authenticate' afterwards.
  10. Next, log into your personal Zendesk account to proceed.
  11. Once done, read the terms and then click 'Allow' to grant the necessary permission.
  12. After completing these steps, your Zendesk account will be integrated instantly with Jira.
