This guide shows you how to integrate Trello with Pipedrive using the Trello Power-Up, enabling deals to automatically create cards on your Trello boards. Once connected, you can configure Auto Create Cards From Deals so that winning a deal in Pipedrive instantly triggers a Trello card.
Steps
- Go to the Marketplace section from the left sidebar menu in Pipedrive.
- Search for Trello in the Marketplace search bar if it is not already visible.
- Click on the Trello search result to open its listing page.
- Click Authorize to begin the Pipedrive–Trello connection.
- Sign in to your Trello account if prompted, then click Add Power-Up on the Trello Power-Ups page for Pipedrive.
- Select the Trello boards you want to add the Power-Up to.
- Click Add to confirm your board selection.
- Click Go to board to open your selected Trello board.
- Inside your board, locate the Pipedrive and Power-Ups settings at the top of the board.
- Click on Pipedrive Settings to begin account authorization.
- Click the Authorize button in the window that opens to authorize your Pipedrive account.
- Click Next to proceed through the required Pipedrive authorization steps.
- Click Allow and Install to grant Pipedrive the necessary permissions.
- Click Allow to confirm Pipedrive access.
- With Pipedrive authorized, use the new button to link your Trello account.
- Review all permissions and scroll down to continue.
- Click Allow to grant Trello the required access.
- Close the setup window once the initial configuration is complete.
- Click the Power-Ups option and select Pipedrive Settings from the menu.
- Under Pipedrive, select Edit Power-Up Settings.
- Select Auto Create Cards From Deals to enable automatic card creation.
- A new configuration window will open — set your preferred conditions for when deals should become cards.
- Configure when deals should be created as Trello cards and click Save.
- In Pipedrive, mark a deal as Won to trigger the automation.
- The deal will appear as a card in Trello based on the conditions you configured.
