Steps
- In Zendesk Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
- Scroll down to the Apps section and click 'Zendesk Support Apps'.
- Tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.
- Search for 'Talkdesk' and select 'Talkdesk Connector' from the results list.
- Tap 'Install' on the Talkdesk Connector listing page.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install' to confirm.
- Fill in all required installation settings to connect the two apps.
- Click 'Install' once more to complete the setup.
