Steps
- In the Zendesk Admin Center dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk Support Apps from the list of options under Apps.
- Tap Marketplace at the top-right corner.
- Search for SurveyMonkey and select it from the suggested results.
- Click Install on the SurveyMonkey app listing page.
- Specify the Zendesk account where you want to install the SurveyMonkey plugin, then click Install.
- Provide the required configuration information to set up the integration properly.
- Click Install to complete the setup.
