This tutorial shows how to integrate SurveyMonkey with Box using a Zapier Zap, automatically sending survey data to your Box account. By setting up a trigger in SurveyMonkey and an action in Box, you can eliminate manual file transfers and keep survey results organized in the cloud.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.
- Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.
- Click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
- Find and select 'SurveyMonkey' from the list of options.
- Select your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
- Specify the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account, then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.
- Tap 'Authorize' to proceed.
- Provide the information needed to configure the Trigger.
- Tap 'Continue' to run your inputs and test the Trigger.
- Click 'Continue With Selected Record'.
- Search for 'Box' and select it as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and choose the 'Action Event' you prefer to use.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Box account.
- Click 'Grant Access to Box'.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information.
- Tap 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.
- Your SurveyMonkey account is now integrated with Box.
