This tutorial walks you through integrating SurveyMonkey with Airtable using a Zapier Zap, so that new survey responses are automatically sent to your Airtable base without any manual data entry. The entire automation setup takes just minutes and requires no coding.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel in Zapier and click Create.
- Select Zaps from the list of options.
- Click Trigger to start the integration process.
- Find and select SurveyMonkey from the available integration options.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the dropdown.
- Tap Sign In and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
- Specify the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account and tap Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey.
- Click Authorize to grant Zapier access to SurveyMonkey.
- Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger fields.
- Tap Continue to run your inputs and test the Trigger.
- Tap Continue one more time to proceed to the Action setup.
- Search for Airtable and select it as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and specify the Action Event you want to use.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Airtable account.
- Choose the Airtable base you wish to use and tap Grant Access.
- Fill out all input fields with the required mapping information.
- Tap Continue to publish and activate the integration.
- Your SurveyMonkey account is now integrated with Airtable and will sync automatically.
