Tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.
Search for RingCentral and then select your preferred RingCentral app from the provided results.
Click 'Install' to continue.
After that, enter your Zendesk subdomain and click 'Install'.
Configure the installation settings and provide the required information. Once done, click 'Install'.
On Zendesk's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and then click the 'RingCentral' icon.
