Quick summary
This tutorial shows how to integrate RingCentral with Zendesk by installing the RingCentral app directly from the Zendesk Marketplace and signing in to activate the connection. Once installed, agents can make and receive RingCentral calls without leaving their Zendesk workspace.
Steps
- In the Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk Support Apps from the list of options under the Apps section.
- Tap Marketplace at the top-right corner.
- Search for RingCentral and select your preferred RingCentral app from the provided results.
- Click Install to continue.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Install.
- Configure the installation settings, provide the required information, and click Install.
- On the Zendesk main dashboard, click the RingCentral icon in the top menu bar.
- Tap Sign In to proceed.
- Enter your RingCentral credentials and click Sign In to complete and enable the integration.
