How to Integrate RingCentral with Zendesk

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate RingCentral with Zendesk.

Here’s the step-by-step guide on how to integrate RingCentral with Zendesk in simple steps:

  1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
  2. Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' from the list of options under the Apps section.
  3. Tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.
  4. Search for RingCentral and then select your preferred RingCentral app from the provided results.
  5. Click 'Install' to continue.
  6. After that, enter your Zendesk subdomain and click 'Install'.
  7. Configure the installation settings and provide the required information. Once done, click 'Install'.
  8. On Zendesk's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and then click the 'RingCentral' icon.
  9. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards.
  10. Finally, provide your RingCentral user credentials and then click 'Sign In' to complete and enable the integration between your Zendesk and RingCentral accounts.
